Khan Tengri Peak, 7010m, Advanced program

Day 1. Arrive Almaty, Kazakhstan. Meeting at the airport. Visit to a supermarket to purchase high altitude food. 5-hours’  transfer to Karkara Base Camp (2200 m) - 280 km. Stay in comfortable "walk-in tents" (2200m a.s.l.). Welcome meal and gear check.

Day 2.   Helicopter flight to BC Northern Inylchek.

Day 3.   Consultation and preparation for climbing in BC.

Day 4.  Acclimatization. 

Day 5. Climbing to C1, 4700 m.

Day 6.   Climbing to C2, 5500 m.

Day 7.   Ascent to the northern summit of Chapayev peak, 6150 m. Descent to BC.

Day 8.   Rest in BC.

Day 9.   Rest in BC.

Day 10.  Climbing to C1, 4700 m.

Day 11. Climbing to C2, 5500 m.

Day 12. Ascent to the northern summit of Chapayev peak, 6150 m and descent to C3, 5900 m.

Day 13. Climb to the top of Khan Tengri peak and descend to C3.

Day 14. Return to C2.

Day 15. Descent to BC.

Day 16. Weather contingency day.

Day 17. Weather contingency day.

Day 18. Weather contingency day.

Day 19. Helicopter flight to BC Karkara.

Day 20. Travel to Almaty, stay at a hotel.

Day 21. Depart hotel for the airport. Fly home.

Duration:

21 days for the period of 27.07.2024 – 16.08.2024 (from/to Almaty).

The expedition fee  is 2950 USD per person

Single supplement charge in a hotel + 35 USD 

The expedition fee includes:

* Airport  transfers in Almaty by private vehicles

* 1 night bed and breakfast accommodation at Hotel (3*) in Almaty on a twin sharing basis (at arrival or before departure)

* Transfers to the Central Tien Shan Mountains and back (Almaty – Karkara BC – Almaty) by private vehicles

* Lunchboxes on the way to Karkara BC and on the way back

* Border permit

* Full board Karkara BC accommodation in a comfortable “walk-in” tents

* Sauna\shower in Karkara BC

* Helicopter return charter flight to the Northern Inylchek glacier BC with free change of the departure date (no limitation for luggage overweight)

* Full board North Inylchek BC accommodation– in comfortable “walk-in” tents on wooden platforms with mats, and meal in large mess-tent with tables and chairs

* Spending on personal items (alcohol/bottled drinks, laundry, gifts etc.)

Local guide fee is 2500$ for the group of 1- 3 persons

The expedition fee  for the "Economy Paсkage" is from 1800$ per person
